Astronomové upozornili na možnost srážky Země s asteroidem, ke které by mohlo dojít 22. prosince 2032. Pravděpodobnost této srážky je podle amerického Národního úřadu pro letectví a vesmír 3,1 procenta. Astronomové ale ujišťují, že není žádný důvod k panice, protože pravděpodobnost srážky se Zemí se má do roku 2032 postupně snižovat. Asteroid tedy může tedy naši planetu bezpečně minout.
